The Independent Jewish Community

An inclusive and egalitarian congregation

Dear IJC Members and Friends,

Remembering Harvey Pullman

The IJC would like to honor the memory of Harvey Pullman, a long-time friend and supporter of the IJC and its predecessor, The Sunday School for Jewish Studies. Harvey passed away recently, but he remains in the thoughts and memories of all who had the good fortune to know him or interact with him over the years through both congregations.
We at the IJC extend our sympathy and prayers, collectively and individually, to Harvey’s wife Jane, his children Abby, David and Luke, their spouses, and Harvey’s beloved grandchildren.  We all hope that Harvey’s memory will bring a smile to your faces as it will to ours.  We lost a good man who through his deeds, his kindness and his giving personality was truly a mensch.
